Set in the gentle hillside about 8 kilometers north of Pisa and south of Lucca, in the town of Santa Maria del Giudice. This spacious 16th-century rustic farmhouse has been updated yet still keeping all the original beams and antique flooring, along with some family antique armoires and buffets. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 small single bedroom. Two bathrooms, with showers, are located at the end of the corridor on the second floor. In the old days, bathrooms were placed away from the bedrooms as it was thought to be more sanitary.
The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining room and seating area. There is a splendid swimming pool and wonderful terrace in the entire front of the house for dining or relaxing with lovely countryside views of the Pisa mountainside.
Santa Maria del Giudice has a wonderful thermal spa (with all massage services and hot and cold thermal spring water pools) within 5 minutes from the villa.
