Newly restored, with special accommodation for guests with disabilities, Adriana is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit. One bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with shower; the other bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is in the hall and has a tub with hand-held shower. Adriana is on the ground floor and is entirely handicapped accessible except that the bathroom off the bedroom with the queen bed is up a few steps. Adriana is located adjacent to one of the pools at Montestigliano. It has a large kitchen, dining area and living room and features vaulted ceilings and great views. It has a private covered paved patio and a washing machine. It is about 1200 square feet.

The two Virginia apartments are on the first floor of a separate building, with access gained by external steps leading to a covered balcony. Each unit has a private entrance. The house faces south overlooking olive groves and cypress avenues with a large shared garden below. A suitable choice for two families or a group of friends, but also can be rented separately.

Virginia 1 is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Access is by external steps to a covered balcony which it shares with Virginia 2, another apartment. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower but no tub. A fireplace separates the living room and the kitchen/dining area. It has a washing machine and is about 800 square feet.

Virginia 2 is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Access is by external steps to a covered balcony which it shares with Virginia 1, another apartment. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower but no tub. It has a kitchen and a woodstove in the living/dining area. It has a washing machine and is about 600 square feet.
