This large, airy apartment has private access on the ground floor with an internal staircase leading to the first floor where the apartment is situated. A back door leads to a secluded garden overlooking woodlands. Casa Marta includes a living room with wood burning stove, a kitchen/dining area (just remodeled in 2002), two twin bedrooms, one queen size bedroom, and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub/shower). It is about 1,200 square feet.

The two Casa Luisa apartments, in a separate building, are reached by an external covered stairway leading to a loggia with separate entrances to each unit. A terrace to the rear is shared by the apartments and faces east commanding a marvelous view of the surrounding countryside with the skyline of Siena and the Chianti hills in the distance.

Luisa 1 is a 3 bedroom / 1 bath unit and adjoins another unit (Luisa 2) on the 2nd floor of a separate building. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. It has a fireplace and shares a washing machine with Luisa 2. It has a living/dining area and kitchen (which was just remodelled in 2004), and the bathroom has a tub and hand-held shower. It is about 900 square feet.

Luisa 2 is a 3 bedroom / 1 bath unit and adjoins another unit (Luisa 1) on the 2nd floor of a separate building. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. It has a fireplace and shares a washing machine with Luisa 1. It has a living room and a kitchen/dining area, and the bathroom has a shower but no tub. It is about 850 square feet.
