The Villa, or fattoria as it is known in Italian, was the principal house on the estate, built in the 18th century by the well-known Roman noble family, Aldobrandisi. With its generous proportions and fine architectural features, the house still gives the feel of nobility. The back door opens into a large garden with fruit trees and vines.

Villa Donati is a large house which will accommodate 12 people. It has 7 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The bedrooms consist of the following: 2 have queen size beds (one with washbasin), 3 have two twin beds each, and 2 have one twin bed each. The Villa is approximately 3,500 square feet, has a large entrance hall, dining room and living room, and in addition to the kitchen there is also the "old" kitchen with a large open fireplace and dining table. There is a large garden in the back with fruit trees and vines.

Originally a hive of activity for the collection and selection of grapes, Casa Massimo is a charming and well appointed unit, standing independently within an olive grove. The original building also housed a dovecote and the dovecote windows provide light for the kitchen. Access is by an external staircase. The house is surrounded by a private garden and a terrace to the side overlooking the olive grove and orchard.

It has a large living room with fireplace and a spectacular view, and an adjoining dining room. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds, and there is a double sofabed so that it can accommodate up to 6 people. The bathroom has a tub/shower. It is about 1,050 square feet.
