Next to the Villa Edera,
Leccio Antico is a lovely two-story, 4 bedroom / 2 bath stone house. On the ground floor is a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room which opens onto a patio which has a table for dining and a grill. Upstairs are three more bedrooms (two with queen beds and the other with 2 twins) and a second bath with shower. One of the queen bedrooms opens out onto a terrace. This house is built into a hill, and there are outside entrances to both the ground and second floors. It has a telephone which is available for outgoing calls only.
Il Frassino, the newest of the guest houses at La Sciolta, is a one-story house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms which will accommodate 6 people. It has a living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The entrance looks out onto
a terrazzo with patio furniture and lovely gardens with an ancient shade tree. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has twins. Two of the bathrooms have showers and the third has a tub and shower.
