Gallillori
Gallillori sits on one of the highest points in the hills surrounding
Lucca. The lovely well-appointed home is located in
Petrognano, near the village of
Collodi, the birthplace of Pinocchio. On a clear day you can see the cities and countryside of Tuscany, all the way to the sea. The carefully restored 250-year-old farmhouse is divided into
3 spacious apartments that can also be rented altogether and opened into one large home. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and chestnut trees. Walk, relax and sleep in absolute peaceful surroundings. Dine "al fresco" as you watch the sunset. By nightfall, twinkling lights of the village below create breathtaking views.
Usignolo (nightingale) is a spacious apartment all on one floor. Enter from the dramatic glass patio doors to a large living area with comfortable seating, convenient full kitchen and dining table. There are 2 sunny bedrooms, furnished with lovely comfortable double beds, antique armoires, and glass-paned doors that open to the terrace. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with tiled shower. The sofa converts to a double bed for extra sleeping arrangements.
