Restored Farmhouse Apartments Among the Vineyards of Montecarlo, Tuscany
In the Lucca hillside town of Montecarlo, Corte Francini is a compound of perfectly restored farmhouses, divided into 6 apartments. You feel like you are in your own tiny village. There is a swimming pool to be shared with the guests of the other apartments. There are personal outdoor dining and seating areas for each apartment. The weekly rates range from 900.Euro to 1400.Euro for each apartment.Corte Francini is centrally located, 5 minutes from the most charming, historic mountaintop village of Montecarlo, famous for best wines in northern Tuscany. There are several fine restaurants in all price-ranges. Conveniently located for day excursions to Lucca (15 minutes), Pisa and the sea-side beaches of Viareggio (40 minutes), and Montecatini, the famous spa town (10 minutes). It is about 45 minutes by car to Florence, or you can drive your car to a nearby train station in the town of Pescia and from there it is a pleasant hour by train to the Florence station in the center of town, thereby avoiding traffic and parking problems. It is are about an hour and 15 minutes from Siena or Cinque Terre. There are several small lovely restaurants among the vineyards nearby for a relaxing dinner after a day’s travels.

Two double bedrooms and two baths, spacious kitchen, dining area and seating area. Entrance is up one staircase. Located nearest to the swimming pool.
MEZZOGIORNO 4 Persons
Ground floor: Full kitchen, dining and seating area. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
LEVANTE4 Persons
Ground floor: Seating and dining area, guest bath, full kitchen with breakfast table. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bath.
SCIROCCO 2 Persons
Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Full kitchen and dining area with large relaxing sunny living area.
GRECALE 2+ Persons
Full kitchen, dining area and seating area. Upstairs is 1spacious bedroom and full bath. On the second floor is a comfortable double sofa-bed for an extra 1 or 2 guests.
PONENTE 3+ Persons
Cozy kitchen, dining area and seating area with 1 double bedroom, I single bedroom and full bath. The seating area has a comfortable double sofa-bed for an extra 1 or 2 guests.
