On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, 2 beautifully designed bathrooms and the staircase to the tower.
The estate features several covered and open terraces and there is a swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters and a wonderful terrace featuring a lemon tree.
From the land, and particularly from the tower, the panoramic views are extraordinary. The property is private and surrounded by 14 acres of land that is fenced, with tele-controlled gates. A paved private road leads to the property. The land itself has a rich Mediterranean vegetation with bougainvillas, cypresses, palm trees, figs, fruit trees, grapes and berries. The entire property is surrounded by woods and has two small brooks.
Castello Montecatini is wonderfully situated for your vacation adventures. The famous spa-center of Montecatini is a 10-minute drive. The historic walled city of Lucca is a 30-minute drive and the sea-side beaches of Viareggio is only 40 minutes by car. For air travel, it is 45 minutes from the Florence and Pisa airports.
